For those who would like support with their mental health, the mindset programme is a specific programme of therapeutic support and social activity groups. These groups promote social inclusion, physical activity, community involvement, learning opportunities and space for tranquil reflection. Our MindSet Programme is designed to support mental health and wellbeing for adults aged 18 and over. To join the programme, you’ll just need a referral.

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 4.30pm.
The Mindset programme is available to anyone over the age of 18.
Wheelchair access
How to join the MindSet Programme If you’re involved with other services, they can submit a referral on your behalf. Alternatively, you can self refer via an appointment with one of our Mental Health Support Workers.
