The Extended Family of Eastwood Memory Cafe was set up in 2023 in order to provide continuing friendship and mutual support for former members of Eastwood Memory Cafe, who are bereaved following the loss of a loved one or have loved ones currently in care, and wish to maintain social and emotional connections with others who understand their experiences.
