We aim to ensure improved quality of care for people with dementia in care homes by providing specialist assessment and support. We provide mental healthcare support to people of any age who have a diagnosis of dementia and live in a residential care home or care home with nursing. This service is available across the county of Nottinghamshire. There is a separate service Nottingham City.
